> NONPROFIT.SYSTEMS builds one system for churches and nonprofits: a website, an app and an admin that bring together sign-ups with QR check-in, people and families, volunteers, donations, grants, reports and an AI assistant (Claude). Systems are designed around each organization, and staff run them without a developer. Based in Boca Raton, Florida; serving Florida and the United States. The first step is free.

## What it does
- Programs & sign-ups: online registration, QR code at the door, live headcount, capacity limits and schedules (live)
- Website & app: website on the organization's own domain plus a phone app, iPhone first, then Android (live)
- People & families: one database for clients, donors and volunteers
- Volunteers: shift sign-up, reminders, hours tracking
- Reports: board reports, food bank reports, annual impact reports, numbers for grant applications
- Grants: deadlines, approved language, draft applications from real program data
- AI assistant: Claude connected to the organization's own data, limited to what the organization allows
- Donations and accounting: connects proven donation services and the organization's accounting software (does not replace the accountant)

## FAQ
- **We're five people with no IT staff. Can we do this?** Yes. You don't need anyone technical. If a section can't be explained to a new volunteer in ten minutes, we simplify it.
- **Can we start without a budget?** Yes. The first review is free, and we'll show you the free and discounted programs your 501(c)(3) already qualifies for. When you're ready, start with one program and add more over time. We can also help you find a grant or sponsor to cover the cost.
- **Does this replace our accountant?** No. The system tracks donations and program spending and prepares exports. Your accountant still files your taxes, with the data already collected.
- **Is it safe to use AI with people's data?** Some data the AI never sees at all, and that's set in the system, not left to each staff member. Every launch comes with written guidelines for your team.
- **Can it run on our own servers?** Yes. We can host it for you, or set it up on your own servers or cloud account so your data never leaves your organization.
- **Does it replace our food bank's system?** No. If your food bank requires its own system, we work alongside it: sign-ups, QR check-in, reminders and volunteers on your side, with numbers ready for your monthly report.
- **Do you sell Google, Claude or Canva?** No. Each provider gives nonprofit pricing directly to your organization, and the accounts are yours. We prepare the applications and set everything up. We're independent and not affiliated with any of them.
- **What if we leave?** Your domain, accounts and data are in your name. We'll export everything in a usable format and help with the handover.
